They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
