They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I didn't consider their waiting area chairs very comfortable at all. In fact, my back started to hurt while I waited for the dermatologist to see me.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
