They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The Pixel Laser treatment Dr Fox advised me to receive never gave me the improvements he promised it would produce. He asked me questions about my feelings of the results after only 2 or 3 days while my face was still swollen and I couldn't gave accurate results. Dr Fox and 2 other Drs from another office misdiagnosed a benign tumor for a cyst. This is not what I expect from Top Doctors.

I went to Dr. Fox for a dermatological problem and wound up getting talked into a laser procedure that I hadn't planned on. It's not that I hadn't thought about it, or didn't need it, it's just that his office looked a like a medicare clinic.

I waited over 2 1/2 hours for him to barely utter a word to me about what I came in for, babbling like a fool, and disrespecting my time as if I were only a number to him! I met with his consultant and decided to schedule a laser procedure that was well over $3000.00 after all.

The day of the treatment was a disaster. No matter what his lovely manager said, there was nothing that could convince me that this man gave a damn about anything but the almighty dollar. And, if that wasn't bad enough, the treatment was painful, and I have nightmares about him and the pain that I endured. I also have a scar on my face from his crappy care, and I will never go back to see him again. I will go see a lawyer though!

Dr. Fox, you really need to take a step back and realize that you aren't all that, and remember that patients like me are the ones who line your pockets!

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
