I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
