I have been a patient for a little over 10 years. I am extremely confident in his abilities to manage my mental health needs. I have referred several people to him, two of which I know are still his patients. He is a serious and quiet man when I am in his office. He and his office staff are not the friendliest people but they are polite. I don't expect them to be my friend. I do expect professional treatment and care. The office does a great job for me. I have been other places and would only go to someone else if he were to leave the area. I highly recommend Dr. A.

I was in Dr. Aronowitz's care for approximately 10 years. He rarely says much. He is an observer and listener. Based on the information his patients provide him he addresses needs accordingly. Dr. Aronowitz does NOT over medicate, quite an asset to those struggling to maintain partial control of somewhat normal personality attributes. He is always looking for a solution to modify medicines to meet the immediate needs of his patients. He is always concerned for the welfare of his patients. Though during the past year I have gained control of my dependancy of medications prescribed due to medical reasons Dr. Aronowitz has offered to be available should the need arise to revert back to the original regimine of medication accompanied with medical care. Though advised against my actions, he has given me the opportunity to move forward with confidence while offering future assistance if necessary. In addition, his wife and the secretary of his service is wonderful. She works with your schedule and is in tune with your needs. The two work well together, but don't miss an appointment as you will be charged for your absence. NNYBH Associates is wonderful and I suggest it to all of my friends who are experiencing difficulty with depression and other such disorders.
