Dr. Milstein specializes in adult psychopharmacology only. If you are in therapy, Dr. Milstein will do an exhaustive intake interview; taking into account medical conditions, current/all medications, as well as psycho-social issues, etc...He is warm responsive and patient. He never over prescribes, and is available to discuss any side effects, dosage changes, and will send progress notes, etc... to your therapist as needed/necessary.
He is the only psychiatrist I have ever seen, and hope he never retires.
