They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Dr. Bruner is our child's pediatrcian and we will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience. They were so kind and attentive to me and my child. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
