They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Dr. Crane was great until I got diagnosed with breast cancer. Gave me the news over the phone on a Friday morning and then never called my sister back after multiple messages (when he said he would be available). He told me it wasn't a "death sentence" (direct quote) and when my sister finally did speak to her he was very rude and not helpful. Needless to say, I found another doctor.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Dr. Crane is a great doctor, would never go anywhere else.
