I started going here in high school and it was fine, I don't know what happened but now the Toms River office is horrible! They never contact you back, I waited for over an hour WITH a scheduled appointment! The women at the front desk are always rude and snotty and act like it is ridiculous for you to ask them to do their job! The dr's themselves are helpful but getting to see them is such a hassle! I called with a serious problem and I continue to call for weeks and they gave me an attitude and said "just go to the ER then!" Obviously I didn't want to wait hours at the ER and pay almost a 100 dollars but I was forced to go anyway!! I would never rely on this office if I was having a child!
