They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
