Elizabeth Boyle's office has an insurance problem. They don't seem to understand how the insurance system works. Although their office is in my insurance network, they submitted my blood work to an out-of-network lab and we were hit with a huge insurance bill. I gave them a second chance and made sure that they submitted my more recent blood work to an in-network lab, but when they ordered an ultrasound, which took place at Elizabeth Boyle's office, they used an out-of-network company to do the ultrasound. The ultrasound tech ensured me that I wouldn't have a problem with the insurance, but I just got hit with another huge bill. Either Dr. Boyle's office lied or they just do not understand what was in-network and out-of-network.

Additionally, Dr. Boyle is impatient, rude when I asked questions, and performs unnecessary tests. I will not be going to her again. I shouldn't have gone to her a second time.
