They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr, Gross and the other physicians who work in this office are wonderful, caring doctors who afford the patient the time needed to answer questions. I've been going here for many years and have been grateful to have found such a good doctor.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner.

Dr Lawrence Gross has a very good family practice. Every time I go his staff always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are thoughtful and have been helping me stay healthy for over 30 years.
