Dr. Grimes is a rare find in that she is up to date on the latest wellness options/ hormones, vitamins, etc and yet she retains a down to earth common sense approach. She has a terrific foundation in conventional medicine and she continually enhances it with ongoing learning in the "natural medicine" area. She's great at looking at the whole picture of a person and making solid recommendations for improvement.
I've been to big city hormone specialists ( UCLA medical center and even a lady that has weekly radio show on the subject of woman's health with a big fancy clinic in LA )and Dr.Grimes is better than them.
I'm very grateful for Dr. Grimes as she has made a huge difference in the management of my health.
