Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I am an RN of 30 years and have dealt with a lot of physicians. This practice definitely cares about their patients in every respect. There are not many left who believe in the good values of quality medical care. The dollar does not take precedence over patient care with this practice. I take my whole family to Dr Finan and trust her completely. I have been a patient of Dr Finan for many years, plenty of time to know if there are any problems with quality of care. I have never been kept waiting, nor have I ever left with a question unanswered or need unmet. I wish all physicians could be of this character.

I felt that this doctor did not have a care in the world. She did not help me at all and I was very fustrated with her. She couldn't even talk to me without me making an appointment. I felt very hurt by the whole situation and I had my trust in her but not any more. I would never reccommend this doctor to anyone since she did not help me out in any way that I needed for her to help me. I learned from my experience don't trust someone you know because you don't get the respect that you deserve either way.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Dr. Finan and Dr Finan-Duffy and their staff are empathetic and far more than competent. They listen to my concerns with genuine concern. They treat the whole person, not just the symptom/s.
