I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

My experience was wonderful! I enjoyed the doctors personality & knowledge. He had my son feel completely at ease with him & my son medical condition was taken care of immediately. : )
I have referred Dr. Herman to family & friends.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
