Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Chou is the best at suturing, I never have an unsightly scar, like I have had elsewhere. Also, she will talk you out of a procedure if she doesn't think you really need it. Other offices will do as much as they can to collect for these out of pocket procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Chou.

i felt absoloutly terrible for the girls that work for the doctor, the doctor knows what she is doing, but she seems to belittle them and jjust very disrespectful to her assistants, its a shame, they are all such nice young girls, i dont want to go to an enviroment like that.

Not impressed at all! Had three appointments at this office and was seen 1/2 hour to an hour late each time. Nurses and doctor repeatedly opened the door to examine room while I laid there in my underwear within full view of check out desk. Twice a man was standing there looking right in at me. Very humiliating. My last appointment the doctor had me waiting for an hour. My appointment was at 8:15 am - how late could the be running already?! I finally went out to the desk and said I had to leave but I had stitches that needed to be removed. A nurse removed them and when I asked if my incision looked infected she said "maybe or that just may be the way my body heals." My incision was bleeding after she removed them and she simply said you're done. No tissue, no bandaid, nothing. Very unhappy and will not be returning.
