Firstly, invoice was for ½ hour – only spent 5 minutes.

Primarily, I had dozens of pimples on my scalp and a few on my back. They were raised, bumpy and crusty. I can see and feel them in the mirror. My girlfriend and hairdresser can see and feel them too.. The Dr that referred me was able to see them in plain light.

This Doctor couldn’t find or feel any – even when I placed her fingers on a large raised bump.

She dismissed everything I said and told me she sees nothing that would cause an itch.

She did not use gloves, or a magnifier, or a spotlight which all dermatologists use.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

The office was easy enough to find. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
