Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
