I am thrilled with my IOLs implanted by Dr. Hiss. I can read small letters, see mid range clearly and distance at 20/20. Dr. Hiss and his staff are total pros and provide world class service. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
