I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
