Dr. Maack was very kind, down to earth and approachable. I would same the same about the staff in the office and at the surgery center. I had a neck and facelift. My concern was that I would not look too 'done'. Just a week out from my procedure, results are amazing! I would describe as natural, rested and fresh! I cannot wait to see the results a month from now.

The results have made me SO very happy! I am 64 years old and have never had any cosmetic surgery before. I had Dr. Maack and staff perform a lower face lift, upper eyelid and lower eyelid surgery all at the same time. I have had friends tell me that I look 15-20 years younger! Not only is Dr. Maack one of the nicest people I have met but he is so skilled and talented. He did not alter my face...he made it younger looking without the scary results you see on other ladies. He told me he will not do a brow lift because too many people run around looking surprised! That did not bother me one bit as I wanted him to tell me what HE thought was best. So listen to him. Here's my list of experiences: - Take all your supplements and medication exactly as directed - For heaven's sake...DON'T be scared! I wasn't but just a bit nervous and I saved myself some sleep deprevation had I been scared. - I opted for the overnight care. I considered it absolutely worth it and that took away the feeling of being nervous. I had professionals looking after me. - I wanted to do all the surgeries at the same time and so very glad I did! - The pain lasted about 2 or 3 days (and there is medicine for that) and then some discomfort for the rest of the week or so - BE PATIENT! The swelling will take quite a while to go down. For me, I am 2 months after the procedure (and I think I look great!) and think I may have another 4 to 6 weeks to see ALL the swelling down. - I went out to church 6 days after the procedure and it really did not bother me. The next week, the swelling around the eyes were much better. If I could reassure you that everything will be alright, I would be very happy you listened. Just know Dr. Maack and his team are truly wonderful...you will look great...and just be a little patient for all the results to reveal themselves. I did have to wait quite a while to get in for the surgery but he is worth the wait!!

I had such a wonderful experience with dr Maack from beginning to end of procedure and follow ups. The results are amazing. Tight, no more lines and very natural looking and best of all the price is right... very affordable compared to others!
