They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. getting medical records released is hard to do if you moved and then need them fax. thought if you fax something at least they could fax it to the number that needed to be fax to . i feel like have to call so far 3 times and they said did u have a date on it when it need to be faxed i said no but i told them need to be fax to another docter in another state by the beginning of august

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
