The equipment seems pretty standard however it wouldn't hurt to upgrade it. I'm sure there's been advancements in technology from when this equipment was put in. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I have been going to Dr. Clancy for about 10 years. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to patiently answer all of my questions in-depth. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. They are one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It doesn't matter how many times I call with a question or concern, they are always happy to help me.
