Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

They were friendly and made me feel at home. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
