Dr. Roberts is a very good doctor in explaining things to you and always ask if you have any questions and they were answered. I have been going to Dr. Roberts for many years and is very satisfied with her. She is very good in referring you to very good specialists if needed. Her staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I have recommended some of my friends to her.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
