Dr. Grimm makes an extra effort to get to know her patients and find out what they need. She always remembers me and makes me feel very important. She always asks, "What can I help you with?" And then after she answers my questions, she re-asks the question until she is sure I don't have any more questions. I get in and out of the office quickly and she keeps office hours that work for my schedule.
