The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

The staff are very welcoming and always willing to answer questions. Dr. LaPietra treats my adults siblings and myself, and treated my mother. She always makes time to really listen to her patients, knows me by sight and name whenever and wherever she sees me, and treats me like a person rather than merely a patient. She is very knowledgeable, but willing to admit when she doesn't have all the answers, and will bring out books to help explain things to me. She makes sure that I understand everything before I leave her office. I would recommend her to anyone!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
