There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
