One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Myself and my family (wife & 2 kids) have been seeing Dr. Beckerdite for over 5 years now and are very pleased with his personality and expertise. He has done everything right. He is very easy to get along with and great with kids. He is in control of his staff. If there is ever a problem that you have with his staff, he will absolutly take care of the situation. He caters to the needs of his patients. I highly recommend him for your family needs.

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
