I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time. But if i have to wait an hour in the waiting room after showing up on time for my appointment, then an additional 30min. - hour to be seen by the Doc, then another 15-20 min. for them to go do whatever, then come back to say i can go, I'm going to switch doctors. They don't send out reminders consistently about annual check ups. Their office always looks like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week or so. They probably need to update their office equipment sometime soon. Everything seems usable, but is all very old and outdated.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
