They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Their office was a comfortable temperature. Dr. Erickson is an excellent diagnostician and obviously cares for his patient's well-being. His advice is accurate and completely unbiased. He has patience and follows through when needed. It was a small and reasonable wait time. The nursing and front desk staff were considerate and caring. I just recently transferred to him and I have already referred multiple people to his office. I give him 5 of 5 stars, but couldn't get the grading icon to increase past 4.5.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
