Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I don't feel like the doctor even looked at me seriously as his main comment was - your insurance won't pay for it anyway. He did not take my arm to look at the problem, he just glanced at it and my face and said it was harmless sun damage. My primary doctor had seriously encouraged me to have certain areas on my arms checked by this doctor. There have been changes and now I have wasted this time and have to find another doctor. He was mostly interested in what kind of insurance coverage I had.
