The doctor is great, but the staff is awful. The doctor even told me to ask for her directly, as she knows her staff is a problem. The staff does not care if you have an emergency when scheduling appointments. They are rude and unhelpful with billing issues. We are changing doctors.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
