They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. It's great not having to rearrange my schedule at all. I would recommend them to people I know. They were able to help me a lot. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.

He is a bit strange, personality wise, but he seems to be good with meds. he changed my meds and i am doing great. the only real problem i have is that he is very unorganized as is his staff, his office and the waiting area are always in disarray. once when i came out of the back to go back to the window to make my next appointment, there was a roach on the counter. it was the little kind that come around when people are nasty. i've always heard where you see one, there are hundreds that you don't see. i think i will be looking for another doc for this reason alone.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked.
