Staff is friendly and helpful. It is easy to get an appointment. Dr. Williams is extremely smart and very thorough. He answers all of your questions, and provides you with any resources you may find helpful. Went to this clinic on the recommendation of a friends, and I'm so glad that I did. Wouldn't go to anyone else!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
