Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
