Office appears VERY old and unclean. Patients walk through the room used for fillings even when a patient is getting fillings! Billing is awful. Overcharged for a dental procedure, refused to refund money only gave me office credit for future visits. Ended up with 2 years of free cleanings!!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dont want to give any pain medicine out,not even for a root canal. They mostly give antibiotics and flexeril. Don't see him as a dentist. They are just after money

They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I was frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. This dentist could not fill my tooth after 3 visits for that very reason, then he took out what was left of a prior filling, dug out the hole and assured me that the oral surgeon he referred me to would be able to extract the tooth the next morning (Saturday) or at the very least Monday, gave me another (4th time) antibiotic and motrin. The oral surgeon cannot see me until J
anuary which will be over a month since he put me in unbearable pain. The oral surgeon cannot prescribe me pain meds as he has not yet seen me and Dr. Spears refuses to even though he is responsible for my pain. I do NOT recommend this dentist!!!!
