Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

I went in to get a veneer replaced for a crown - when Howell removed my veneer, she broke my tooth IN HALF. I could see what was going on in the reflection of the TV screen above me, it was horrifying. All she said was, "Oh, your tooth broke." I said, "No, YOU broke my tooth." I got no apology, only excuses. I needed an emergency root canal since she exposed the root of my tooth - I didn't have to pay for the root canal, which was the result of her mistake, but she charged my insurance for it (insurance fraud?). Basically she didn't drill thru the veneer enough and then used too much force to remove it - the result of LACK OF EXPERIENCE. However, her refusal to apologize for ruining my tooth - which will now require replacement crowns (and cost!) for the rest of my life - is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have told all of my friends, and would never visit this dentist!
