Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.

They never answer their phone. I left them to voicemails to confirm my appt. when i went to the appt they had canceled it. And said it was because i didnt not call to CONFIRM it! THEY NEVER ASNWER DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THEM!

I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.
