They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

The hygienist I had requires that when I need to rinse I lean way forward to spit into a bowl. When I have asked to have the suction, she says, oh, I guess it's working now.
I am fairly fit but it is NOT comfortable to have to sit up from a prone position to spit.
What's up with this???
