My family have been going for over a year now and the only rude and unfriendly person we have experenced is from a front desk person named lynette. The tone of her voice and words chosen over the phone was rude and in person her body language with no eye contact and no smiling everytime we need to communicate with her is very unwelcoming and rude. she needs customer service training or a position that dosnt deal with the public. she dose not represent the company in a positive light. Thinking of changing to another dental company....
