They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. My children all 3,where seen in the office they had some bad treatment at a office near by ,so they where scared to even walk in but the dentist and staff helped them and me to feel safe with them thanks a bunch!!!!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

We go to a Family Dentist who referred me to Dr. Kakar to fill 3 cavities. When we showed up, the front desk tried to charge me $120 for a consultation fee! Just to see the dentist!! I pointed out that my dental plan has an initial consultation fee of $24, but they said it was a different consultation fee. Finally, we agreed to do a dental cleaning for $18. That should have been my first clue. Dr. Kakar was great with my child. We took X-rays and a Panoramic. My child was due for these so I didn't have a problem with that. Then Dr. Kakar said that she had 4 cavities, would need 2 silver crowns and 1 baby tooth pulled. They did an estimate for me that included sedation (~$400) - it came to ~$1100. I was shocked, but decided to go through with it because Dr. Kakar was so good with my daughter. We go to the procedure. They say that they will try to do both sides of her mouth, but they didn't know whether they could based on how she responds. I said, "I don't care how she responds, for $400 of sedation, she needs to do both sides." My daughter is almost 9, she understood that they would do both sides. 20 minutes later, they say she is done! What?!? 20 minutes? They didn't do both sides!! My daughter looks at me and says she's fine. The dentist tells me he didn't even have to use the 'blanket' to restrain her. I didn't want to fight with the dentist in front of my daughter so I took her out front to get the bill.... AND they said that the original estimate of $1100 was going up to almost $2000!!!!!! Did I mention that they tried to charge me $82 for 'Behavior Management'?!? When I asked them about it, they said it was when the Dr. uses his 'special' skills to calm an anxious patient down by getting their mind on something else or changing the subject. Isn't that why I was spending $400 to get her sedated?!?!? They took that charge off. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went there. BE AWARE OF OVERCHARGING and review your bill!!

I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
