They paid close attention to me; their care is professional and efficient. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The dentist I visit is very good and is atttentive to pain management. The office was easy enough to find, but the street has a tight median cut, so allow time for the turn to get into the parking lot.

I have seen several dentists at this practice, for both regular checkups and emergency situations. Each has been excellent - very thorough, professional, with obviously high level of experience and knowledge. They also are trained with the latest techniques and have modern equipment and tools. . Support staff is also highly trained and professional. In emergency situations, I was seen quickly and the problem was solved with long lasting results--no having a procedure re-done within weeks! When a procedure or service was recommended, it was thoroughly explained--pros and cons--and alternate treatments were discussed.

There is very good reason why each member of my family is treated at Dental Associates of Salem!

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Never, they are very reliable.
