Dr. Richardson is so calm and reassuring that it gives you confidence that your treatment will be successful. He is willing to answer any questions, and repeatedly asks during treatment if you are doing ok and are comfortable. Also, I LOVE that they are respectful of my time and keep to their schedule. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes from my scheduled appt time on any visit.
