It was such a pleasure to see Dr. Friend interact with the elderly couple that was there when I walked in; he took the time to walk them to their vehicle. They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was easy enough to find.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional. I love this dentist and all staff there. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
