Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love Dr. Starns and wouldn't trust my teeth or my family's teeth with anyone else. The staff there is incredible, including everyone from their receptionist to ever hygienist. Best dentist in Charlottesville, hands down.
