Had to cancel an appointment due to a sick family member on the morning of an afternoon appointment. Recieved a bill for $60.00 the following week for a "broken appointment". Called the office for an explanation and the girl said she would have to talk to her manager. I told her that me and my wife would no longer be doing business with them if the charge was not reversed. She basically told me have a nice day. It's a wonder that Dr's make any profit at all with such incompetent front end staff. Great dentists, lously help.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

I LOVE DULLES DENTAL GROUP!!!!!!! They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
