The doctors are so personable. I loved this experience. I put 3 kids through braces all at the same time. They are awesome!

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
