I have been a client since 2000 or longer. This morning I was told because I was 10 minutes late, I could wait an hour or more, after another patient appointment was completed or reschedule. I was not provided with this information by Mary, the receptionist, until I asked how long it would be before I would be seen. Last Wednesday, 11/30/2011, I arrived approximately 10 min. early and waited nearly an hour to be seen for x-rays resulting in an estimate of $3,997.00 for a crown replacement. I was contemplating a second opinion, due to the exorbent amount presented to me. However, this incident coupled with a conversation with this establishment's representative-Colleen at the corporate office has made my decision to seek elsewhere for my future dental needs. This customer service is not acceptable.

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated, but on the other hand this was my first visit with my two teenage children and the office stafff as well as the dentist and assistant needs training on professionalism and courtesy to the pt's. The office doesnt smile all act as though they are not happy with their job.. THEN GET A NEW ONE!!!! my kids will not return back and after a week of my son getting tooth supposively fixed, its hurting ago...WOW!!! wont go back.

I was a little reluctant to visit this office after reading some of the reviews, but because there were limited Dentists on my insurance plan, I decided to go and I called and scheduled an appointment. The staff was very efficient in scheduling my appointment and very courteous to me. From the time that I arrived at the office the staff was very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service!! The Doctor was great and made me feel at ease and I am so happy I went (and I do not like being at the Dentist anyway!) It is a beautiful office and I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Made appointments for 2 kids. One for check up; one to pull a baby tooth that wouldn't come out & have a cavity filled. They scheduled the later WEEKS EARLIER since he had issues.
At Apt. they did exam/Xray & said that's it. We asked about the tooth to be pulled & cavity & the DENTIST LAUGHED sarcastiallly & said "are you kidding me, do you see how busy we are". After reminding them that is WHY we made the apt. expaining the tooth needs to come out the dentist LAUGHED again stating "I know, it does. YOU ARE AN IRESPONSIBLE PARENT FOR NOT BRINING HIM BACK EARLIER. IF THAT WERE MY KID IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF A LONG TIME AGO"!!!!
What? This is a baby tooth with nothing wrong with it - A year ago it wasn't a big deal but if it doesn't come out in a few months to bring him back... NOW THE SAME DENTIST FEELS IT'S HER PLACE TO TELL US WE ARE IRRESPONSIBLE PARENTS?
They ended up pulling the baby tooth but REFUSED to fill the cavity - they were "too busy"!
