They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Don't go to this facility. Not very caring and the first thing they ask for is payment. Change your appointment times even after confirming day and time. Then call and say they need to change it due to personnel don't being in the office...Then don't make the appointment for that time. Very crowded and long waiting time. I will NOT be going back.

First impression's matter. I recently moved to the area and was in need of an orthodontist. I called Royal Dental because they were listed as a covered provider on my insurance. Sonja the person that answers the phone spoke way to fast and was non friendly. She placed me on hold for over 15 minutes. The phone line was finally picked up by a staff member in the back office who told me she picked up the wrong line and would need to transfer me back up to the front office. Really?? I only wanted to schedule a visit. No thanks, Royal Dental!! I wouldn't trust them with my health.
